Rebeca Bollinger Rebeca Bollinger was born in Los Angeles, California and received a B.F.A. from the San Francisco Art Institute in 1993. In 1998 she was awarded a NEA Creation & Presentation Grant for new work. Other awards include a SECA Electronic Media award from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, a 1996 Eureka Fellowship from the Fleishhacker Foundation, an Artist Residency from the Headlands Center for the Arts, and an Artists Access Award from the Bay Area Video Coalition. She has shown her work at the Museum Fridericianum, Kassel, Germany, and the Sonia Henie Onstad Museum, Oslo, Norway - as well as the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the San Jose Museum of Art, and the Krannert Art Museum, Illinois.
