Join RE/Search and Pagan friends to celebrate Beltane and the Modern Pagans book, with Maypole rituals, Pagan music and spirits. Music will be provided by musicians featured in Modern Pagans, including: Sharon Knight with members of Pandemonaeon, Sam Skraeling from Iowaska, Thorn Coyle, and other special guests including Sam & Tara Webster, masters of ritual. Beltane is traditionally the celebration of the beginning of summer with a Maypole , games, fertility rites, May baskets, sacred marriages, and the selecting of a May Queen and King. The night before is called “Walpurgisnacht” when the door between the worlds is opened. Modern Pagans is an up-to-the-minute compendium of the most cutting-edge,
radical Pagan thought and theory. Compelling interviews and photographs
explain why Paganism is one of the fastest growing "religions"
