The Lab

The Lab is a nonprofit experimental art and performance space located in the Mission District of San Francisco.

Stage 1: Fall 2014 - November 2023

Stage 2: August 2025 - February 2026

Images of The Lab taken August 2025, after the initial demolition and before major remediation.

Stage 3: March 2023 - Present

Post-renovation images from the angle of the front space with a fully cleaned-up front area, and hardwood floors refinished to the back of the performance space. The Lab is now approximately 6,700 sq. ft. in total.
